    Yes. In Spain you can sell your home directly without an agent. We deliver a package of materials (listing, photos, price), and from the Full Sale Strategy tier a written guide to the administrative steps before signing. We don’t negotiate, represent you or take part in the closing.

  • I live in the UK. Who handles viewings?+

    You arrange the viewings (or someone you trust), in person or by video call. The pack includes a step-by-step guide to receiving buyers and hosting the viewing, with the questions that filter serious buyers. We don’t act as an agency or attend the viewing.

  • What about NIE and IRNR retention?+

    From the Full Sale Strategy tier your package includes a written guide to what is needed: NIE for the buyer, a Power of Attorney if they cannot fly out, the 3 % IRNR retention if you are a non-resident seller and the steps before signing.
